Customer Relations Manager/Tele-sales Operator
600k - 960k plus commission
- Minimum Qualification: HND/ BSC/ OND
- Minimum Experience: 1- 3 years in relevant fields.
- General background in web technologies and cloud-based services
- Good Knowledge & Understanding of the web applications with ability to self-learn new systems
- Outspoken with Proficiency in English
- Ability to Multi-task
- Fast in Learning with Good Listening skill
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to work 8-10 hours on a computer
- • Attend to incoming general inquiries/requests from clients, prospects, users via live chat, support ticket, email and telephone
- Engage customers via telemarketing to generate opportunities
- • Direct requests to the appropriate unit
- • Prioritize and schedule requests. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriate unit
- • Record, track, and document the help desk request, including all successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
- • Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved & tickets closed
- Be disposed to Attend to telephone/live-chat request from customers beyond official work hours
- • Other duties as assigned
